1. Sunday challenge

• Attend mass every Sunday between now and the next meeting. You would be surprised how many men struggle with weekly Mass.

2. Daily challenges - choose whatever you like from below:

• Pray one decade if the rosary daily.
• Before getting out of bed in the morning, offer one our father, one Hail Mary, and one glory be.
• Stop for 10 minutes each day to acknowledge what you are grateful for.
• Before going to bed, review the mistakes of your day and ask forgiveness by saying the act of contrition.

3. Weekly challenge

• Stop into the adoration chapel three times in one week to ask God for strength in temptation.
• Attend daily Mass once during the week if your schedule allows.

4. Service challenge

• For the next month round up your purchases for charity every time you are asked to at checkout
• Participate in the winter clothing drive or food drive we are holding here at the parish.

5. Family challenge

• Go out of your way to be good to your wife and children. Look for a chance to spend time with them without arguing or criticizing.
• Pray the St. Michael prayer for protection upon your loved ones.

6. Scripture challeng - Psalm 91

• Read this several times in the next month.  See if you can commit the words to memory so that they remain within you.
